TELESALES/SALES ADMINISTRATOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Northampton office working directly with the Sales Manager in a role fundamental to helping the company reach its 2018/19 targets.

 

Duties:

  • Building & Maintaining CRM system

  • Working on given leads and projects

  • Researching/investigation on given leads where necessary

  • Building rapport/relationship with potential clients

  • Making appointments over the phone

  • Liaising with sales personnel to book appointments

  • Managing call lists

 

Personal Attributes:

  • Professional and friendly

  • Proactive

  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team

  • Self-motivated with good attention to detail

  • Sales driven

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous sales experience

  • Telesales experience

  • Good MS Word and MS Excel skills

  • Working knowledge of Outlook

 

Package:

  • Competitive Salary

  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays

 

Working Hours:

  • Full time 5 days a week 9 am – 5 pm
